For YEARS I’ve dreamed of owning my own home.
Growing up in foster care and moving houses and families regularly, having a stable home meant the world to me.
So, when my mother tragically passed away when I was 15, by the time I was 16 I had started a business and set out to give myself the life I always dreamed of.
So in 2016, I became a freelance writer.
Then I upgraded to editorial manager.
Then I became introduced to someone who did “acquisition consulting”, which means he would represent businesses that wanted to sell. (Like a realtor, but for major $20mm+ businesses).
Even though I was already making $20k-$40k per month, I asked if I could intern for him.
After fetching coffee for a few months and playing dumb, I finally had a handle on how buying and selling businesses worked.
At this point I started investing my own money in Europe (that’s where I had the most exposure at the time).
This year my investments will profit a little over $1m in free cash flow.
I can’t possibly spend all of that on myself, so I typically take what’s leftover and REINVEST it.
That’s how I got here.
With enough passive cashflow where I don’t have to work if I don’t want to… And craving a home.
You may now know this by now, but I am NOT a real estate investing expert.
In fact, I learned how to get my dream home on the water in South Florida using creative financing AT MY OWN EVENT.

By September I have moved into my dream home, valued at nearly $2,000,000.
And I only paid $36k down to do it with no traditional bank loan or credit needed.

I’m already in the process of turning this home into the ultimate event space and plan on renting it out for luxury events to create cashflow when I’m not living here (I travel 4-6 months of the year).
